Agreement to Receive SMS Messages

By providing your mobile phone number to Rapid Rides Auto Sales and opting in to receive SMS messages, you agree to receive text messages from us regarding your vehicle inquiries, appointments, promotions, and other communications related to our services.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies per user. You may receive messages related to:

• Responses to your inquiries about vehicles
• Appointment confirmations and reminders
• Vehicle availability updates
• Promotional offers and special deals
• Service reminders and follow-ups
• Request for reviews and feedback

Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Standard message and data rates charged by your mobile carrier will apply to all SMS messages sent and received. Rapid Rides Auto Sales is not responsible for any charges incurred as a result of receiving text messages.

How to Opt-Out

You can opt-out of receiving SMS messages at any time by:

Carriers (including but not limited to AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, etc.) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Rapid Rides Auto Sales is not responsible for messages that are delayed, lost, or not delivered due to carrier issues or technical problems.

Privacy and Information Sharing

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. SMS messaging is available on most major carriers in the United States, including but not limited to:

SMS messaging may not be available on all carriers or in all areas. If you are unsure whether your carrier supports SMS messaging, please contact your carrier directly.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these SMS Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by sending a text message or by posting the updated terms on our website. Your continued use of our SMS services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
